Innovation@Engineering teachesTaguchi. Taguchi’s Design of Experiments means improvement of reliability. R&D driven Companies can get outstanding tools to do it better, smarter or cheaper.
In a 7 step method we emphasise Parameter Design, Tolerance Design and S/N ratio. To make your product or process more robust. The method gives you a pleasant and structured way to learn Taguchi’s Quality Engineering: System Design, Parameter Design and Tolerance Design. But also the relation between optimization costs and quality-improvement by using the Loss-Function. But the most important thing is that you learn “structural optimiziation” by using orthogonal designs. And very important: you do not need statistics. Most engineers like that very much. 😉
Innovation @ Engineering, I@E wants to share DoE-knowledge. Knowledge in combination with training-skills – Frans Balemans is a NLP-master – we can offer you a very effective training. Learning by doing. Here you can read more about the content of the training.
On Linkedin you will find an overview about my professional background. In the history of I@E you will find more about why I started my own company.
If you have had a I@E Taguchi Training on site your company-results will be:
• Higher Q and Reliability (> Q) (> S/N ratio)
• Lower product-costs (< C)
• Time saving (< Time to Market) and
• Generating IP (Intellectual Property)
